連休、そして連休明け。

sisiの生島です、ちょっとこちらはご無沙汰していました。
まだまだしばらくは奈良からお送り致します。

奈良、東京の展示会を終え、ホッとする間もなく、『シルバーウィーク』と呼ばれる大型連休に突入！
ありがたい事に奈良のロカシカカフェ、そしてsisi奈良店はたくさんのお客様で賑わっていました。

前半は私が、そして後半は夫が交代でお店のお手伝いに行く事にしていました。
その間子供達は私の実家を中心に遊ばせる予定でした。

大変だった一方、いつも人に任せる事も多い子供達。じっくり時間を過ごす事が出来ました。

＊甥っ子姪っ子達と実家の近くの『植村牧場』へ。　牛はもちろんの事、ポニー（？）や羊、うさぎなども居て、ちょっとしたふれあい動物園状態でした。　美味しいソフトクリームを皆で！

面白かったのは11ヶ月の天悟。
こんな月例で良いのだろうか？と思うぐらいアイスクリームモナカにかぶりついていました。
ちょっと離すと「うーうーうー」とお怒りサイレンが。　抱っこしていた父が食べる間が無い程天悟に与えていました。

歩いて行ける『奈良公園』にお弁当を持って出掛けました。夫は食事だけしてひとり先にお店に向かいました。
甥っ子姪っ子達とボールを投げたり蹴ったり、と大忙しののの果は大興奮。

まだまだ小さいので思った様に動けなかったり、ボールを取られたりすると癇癪を起こし、甥っ子を追いかけてプラスチックのバットでボールをそっちのけで「もぅ〜〜！」とボンボン叩いてるのが可笑しくって可笑しくって母とお腹を抱えて笑ってしまいました。
その後も鹿を追いかけてみたり追いかけられたり、と自然を満喫。　奈良って良いですね。

そして夫も↓のブログで書いていましたが連休明けの木曜日。　本来定休日である水曜日が営業だったので今回は振り替えてこの日がお休み。子供２人を保育所に預け行きたかった所、済ませたかった用事をさくさくと。

お昼は「ふたりでこんなにゆっくりと食事したのっていつぶりだっけ？」と思い出せなかったぐらいのゆったりした素敵な時間を『ラ・テラス』さんで過ごしました。

嬉し過ぎて笑いをこらえていますが、お店のロケーションがまず素晴らしい！
「これ、奈良公園の中やんね？良いの？」と言う様な場所で緑が本当に気持ち良い。　桜の木なんですが、春はすごいだろうね、と話していたら設計士のFさん、奥さんのMさんが「お花見の季節はすごいよ！山焼きの時も」と話して下さいました。やっぱりね〜
機会があれば是非予約して楽しみたいです。

お昼から贅沢にフレンチのフルコースを堪能させて頂きました。オードブルは魚介のタルト仕立て。
上には「トマトのゼリー」が乗せられています、と説明して頂いたものの、「透明だけど？？」と思って食べてみたら。
ほ、ほんとにトマト！！
丁寧な仕事、繊細な味、そしてこの素敵な盛りつけ！　くらくらくら〜〜っとなりますね。

＊夫のメインの魚。思わず「まわりのは増えるワカメ？」なんてこそっと給仕して頂く時に言ってみたものの、軽く流されてしまった。ははは　なんとかキノコでした。このオレンジ色のソース白ワインがたっぷり使われていて、もう悶絶！
人のお皿なのに、パンで攻撃しまくって結構楽しみました。

＊私のお肉のメインは豚肉。
誰に言うわけでも無いのですが、お肉を柔らかく煮込んだ（オッソブッコ、とか。イタリアンですが）お料理は実は苦手なんです。この日も「牛の頬肉を〜」と言うのがありましたが、まず選ばない。
お肉は「がっちり」した歯ごたえで食べたい私なので、だいたいローストとかグリルを選びます。
このお肉も非常に香ばしく、美味しかった。手前の長いのはエビフライではもちろん無くて、アスパラです。
あまり辛過ぎないグリーンペッパーがたくさん乗ってたのが嬉しかった。

ちなみにここのスタッフは今時の変な口調「○○になります」と言う事は無く、「○○でございます」ときちんと言ってくれていて、当たり前と言えば当たり前なのですが、ホッとしました。

接客も非常に気持よくキビキビしていて安心感以上のものがありました。
私はもともと飲食業に携わっていたのもあり、バリに行ってからはそんなに細かい事は気にならなくなりましたが、こういう忙しい人気のお店のスタッフの動きを見るとテンションが上がってしまい、ずっと目で追ってしまうのです。
「あぁ、お金払ってでも働かせて欲しいなぁ」と言う私を「えぇ、俺無理」と何度も夫が言いながら笑っていました。

＊お魚のメインも見よ！アートです。

＊そうかも、そうかもと思っていましたらやっぱり食後のデザートはワゴンでした。
「お好きなものをお好きなだけ」と、言われたら皆さんどうしますか？

そして今回とっても嬉しかったのが、４年前ぐらいにsisi奈良店を手伝ってくれていたIさんが実はここの関連の職場（ウェディングの衣装）で仕事していて、「もしかして」と思ってスタッフの方に尋ねた所「居ますよ。今日出勤か分かりませんが声かけてみます」とおっしゃって下さって、「来ないな、お休みかな」と思っていたら、デザートの時に来てくれました。
もしかしたら、と思っていたら、やはりお店側の配慮でデザートの時に、と待ってもらっていたみたいです。
その辺りもすばらしいサービス精神だと思います。　いろいろ近況報告し合って「ごめんね、お仕事中なのに」と帰ってもらったのに、私たちが帰る時にまた駐車場で待っていてくれました。　これもスタッフが「帰られるよ」とお声かけて下さった様。
すっかり感心してしまいました。

素敵な空間と素敵なお料理、そして大好きな人達。

あぁ、HAPPY LIFEと何度もため息がもれました。
